New Info: AGPLA

So I went to AGPLA today and had WONDERFUL time. An album will be coming eventually. I bought my mom Kit for Mother's Day, and she's thrilled.

Here's the news.

The stars overalls outfit from AGP that everyone was SO excited to see at the new AGP, has been pulled from the shelves. There are still two dolls wearing it in the store, but on the shelves where it used to be, are now only the boxes for the tap outfit.

It took THREE personal shoppers working together to hunt this outfit down for me, and I bought it immediately. So, it looks like it will be going afterall if it hasn't already.

Those of you wanting this outfit who live around AGPLA, I recommend you go ask for it while you can.

Secondly. We have the ONE AGP that will NOT honor the online sale prices. I had the print out ready and everything for Sam's spring dress, but nope! They won't do it. And the nice lady I asked went and asked a cashier AND a manager. It's "not their policy". UGH. DISAPPOINTMENT.

So I didn't buy it. I'll buy it over the phone later with the shoes and some replacement bits I need.

The star overalls were pulled from AGPC for awhile, I remember, because I bought them when they first came out and then they were gone when the musical changed. However, this January they were back again... so maybe they are going to change the musical?

How can they not honor the sale prices? That's nuts! It just cuts into their store sales by driving people to go on-line. (Shaking head).

I'm glad you had fun. I still have to get over there and check it out. I haven't bought anything AG in a long time, and am afraid if I go, I will spend a LOT! Oh well, I probably will and love it.

As far as I know, none of the AGP stores honor the online sales. Hope that that helps you feel better.
